About the Event
For the first time, live in-store, Collected Works Bookstore is honored to host the Crowning Celebration of the 2022 Santa Fe Youth Poet Laureate, in collaboration with The Witter Bynner Foundation for Poetry.
We will be live streaming the event to Zoom, please register to watch here. If you are attending in person, for your safety and those around you, we will be requiring all audience members wear a mask.
New Mexico Poet Laureate, Levi Romero, and the current Santa Fe Youth Poet Laureate, Oz Leshem, will read from their works and each of the finalists for the 2022 Santa Fe Youth Poet Laureate will read a poem, followed by the announcement of this year's Laureate. Esteemed Judges: Adelma Hnasko, Mercedes Holtry, Elena Ortiz, Artemisio Romero Y Carver The Witter Bynner Foundation for Poetry would like to thank Ray Sandoval and the Kiwanis Club of Santa Fe for allowing us to use the likeness of Zozobra in our logo and Collected Works bookstore for hosting the event.
