Santa Fe International Literary Festival
The Young Writers & Readers Program is designed to encourage and inspire young readers and writers to engage with literature and develop their writing and reading skills. The program features a range of free youth-focused literary programs that will run concurrently at the Literary Festival.

Curated by the Santa Fe Public Library: Renowned author Denise Chávez, of Las Cruces, hosts a bilingual, intergenerational reading, storytelling, and craft session for families based on Rudolfo Anaya’s popular children’s book, Owl in A Straw Hat/El Tecolote del Sombrero de Paja.
