A Doctor, a Poet, a Storyteller, and a Creative Entrepreneur

Poet John Macker’s Alchemy of Headwinds charts the fierce beauty and struggle of the human spirit against the winds of change. Dr. Erica Elliott, in From Doctor to Healer, shares her journey from Western medicine to a more holistic path grounded in compassion and relationship. Tania Katan, through Creative Trespassing, invites us to bring bold creativity into everyday spaces, transforming workplaces and neighborhoods alike. And beloved storyteller Nasario García, in Martíneztown, 1945, preserves the heart of a community through tales of love, loss, and resilience.

Together, these voices celebrate what it means to belong — to honor our roots, embrace our differences, and weave connection from the many stories that make us one.
