Camille Flores is the public editor at the Santa Fe New Mexican, where she also served as editor of the newspapers' award-winning arts publication, Pasatiempo. While associate editor at New Mexico magazine, she wrote Howl: The Artwork of Luis Jimenez for the magazine's New Mexico Artist book series. She lives in Santa Fe.

Gene Peach has been photographing the cultures and landscapes of New Mexico for more than twenty years. His Southwestern photos are published internationally and his portrait and commercial photography appears regularly in magazines and books. His book, Making A Hand: Growing Up Cowboy in New Mexico, received the Southwest Book Award and a Historical Society of New Mexico award. He is based in Santa Fe.
